1. Fill out the Fulfillment Order form and fax back to us at (613) 248-4716
2. Prepare your package or let us prepare the package for you with our shipping supplies
3. Arrange an appointment with us to bring your package to our Fulfillment office in Kanata
4. If you are outside of Kanata, we can arrange a pickup* at your location (prepaid only, pickup fee applies)
5. We will prepare the shipping documents for you and find the best shipping rate for your shipment.
6. You pay us for the shipment, and the shipping fee is below the shipping carrier's published retail rates.
7. The shipping carrier will pickup your package at our facility and head out to your customer.
8. We provide you a tracking number so you and your customer can easily track the status online.
For medium size and fast growing businesses

2. Let us know the size and natural of your inventory and we will provide a quote for warehouse rental fee, order processing fee, and shipping deposits.
3. Arrange an appointment with us to transport your invectory to our Fulfillment warehouse in Kanata
4. Let us help you to integrate our fulfillment service to your current order processing system.
5. When you receive an order, we will prepare the package for you with our shipping supplies
6. We will prepare the shipping documents for you and find the best shipping rate for your shipment.
7. We deduct the applicable fees from your shipping deposits, and the shipping fee is below the shipping carrier's published retail rates.
8. The shipping carrier will pickup your package at our facility and head out to your customer.
9. We provide you a tracking number so you and your customer can easily track the status online.
